Avec le temps, la douleur et l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 se sont accentu\u00e9es, rendant difficile non seulement la comp\u00e9tition, mais aussi la revue de raquettes de padel et la cr\u00e9ation de contenu pour son public. La blessure comprenait un <strong>lambeau du m\u00e9nisque externe<\/strong> et des inqui\u00e9tudes concernant le cartilage, similaire \u00e0 ce qu\u2019a v\u00e9cu le footballeur <strong>Luka Modric<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la fin de la saison 2023, la d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise de se faire op\u00e9rer par le <strong>Dr Manuel Leyes<\/strong>, un sp\u00e9cialiste reconnu des op\u00e9rations du genou. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait clair : traiter le probl\u00e8me du m\u00e9nisque et commencer une r\u00e9\u00e9ducation cibl\u00e9e, dans l\u2019espoir de revenir au padel \u2014 sinon au plus haut niveau, du moins pour continuer \u00e0 partager sa passion et son expertise avec la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9tails de l\u2019intervention chirurgicale et suites imm\u00e9diates<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019op\u00e9ration a eu lieu \u00e0 la <strong>Clinique Olimpia<\/strong> sous la direction du Dr Leyes et de son \u00e9quipe. Selon le cr\u00e9ateur, l\u2019intervention s\u2019est bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9e, avec un accent mis sur la r\u00e9paration du m\u00e9nisque. Fait important, le cartilage \u2014 initialement source d\u2019inqui\u00e9tude \u2014 s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 en bon \u00e9tat et n\u2019a pas n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019intervention. Ce r\u00e9sultat positif a permis d\u2019envisager une r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration plus simple.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l\u2019op\u00e9ration, le cr\u00e9ateur a signal\u00e9 des douleurs et un gonflement attendus, mais dans l\u2019ensemble, la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration initiale \u00e9tait encourageante. Il a pu quitter la clinique rapidement, exprimant sa gratitude envers ses amis et l\u2019\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale. Les premiers jours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9s par une surveillance attentive et des instructions strictes pour limiter la marche et \u00e9viter toute contrainte inutile sur le genou.<\/p>\n<h2>Premiers pas en r\u00e9\u00e9ducation et physioth\u00e9rapie<\/h2>\n<p>Dans les <strong>72 heures<\/strong> suivant l\u2019op\u00e9ration, la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation a commenc\u00e9. L\u2019accent a d\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur une physioth\u00e9rapie douce, la cryoth\u00e9rapie et l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une machine \u00e0 pression pour contr\u00f4ler le gonflement et l\u2019inflammation. Le cr\u00e9ateur a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de r\u00e9duire l\u2019inflammation d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but pour \u00e9viter la fonte musculaire, surtout compte tenu de ses ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de <strong>chondromalacie rotulienne<\/strong> (d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rescence du cartilage sous la rotule).<\/p>\n<p>Il a d\u00e9crit la difficult\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle d\u2019\u00eatre mis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart, notamment en passant devant les courts de padel, mais a insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de patience et de discipline pendant cette phase cruciale.<\/p>\n<h2>Exercices quotidiens et strat\u00e9gies pour l\u2019activation musculaire<\/h2>\n<p>La cha\u00eene a partag\u00e9 un aper\u00e7u d\u00e9taill\u00e9 des exercices quotidiens utilis\u00e9s pour maintenir l\u2019activit\u00e9 musculaire et pr\u00e9venir l\u2019atrophie. Les exercices initiaux \u00e9taient r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sans charge afin de ne pas solliciter le m\u00e9nisque en cours de cicatrisation. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s comprenaient :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stimulation du quadriceps :<\/strong> Contractions isom\u00e9triques avec un rouleau sous le genou, en se concentrant sur l\u2019extension du genou et l\u2019activation musculaire sans mise en charge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mobilit\u00e9 de la cheville :<\/strong> Utilisation de bandes \u00e9lastiques pour des flexions et rotations afin de pr\u00e9server la fonction de la cheville et du tibial ant\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Travail des mollets et des fl\u00e9chisseurs de la hanche :<\/strong> Extensions avec bandes \u00e9lastiques et maintiens isom\u00e9triques pour solliciter le droit f\u00e9moral et les fl\u00e9chisseurs de la hanche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces exercices visaient \u00e0 maintenir le tonus et la mobilit\u00e9 de la jambe touch\u00e9e, tout en \u00e9vitant les compensations pouvant entra\u00eener d\u2019autres probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<h2>Enseignements des tests d\u2019activation musculaire et r\u00e9\u00e9ducation neuromusculaire<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019un des aspects les plus r\u00e9v\u00e9lateurs de la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation a \u00e9t\u00e9 une \u00e9tude d\u2019activation musculaire men\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale. Le test mesurait la contraction des diff\u00e9rents muscles du quadriceps lors de l\u2019extension du genou. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 qu\u2019une des quatre portions du quadriceps \u00e9tait presque totalement inactive, obligeant les autres \u00e0 compenser et cr\u00e9ant ainsi des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<p>Ce d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre, notamment au niveau du <strong>vaste lat\u00e9ral<\/strong> (c\u00f4t\u00e9 externe de la cuisse), avait probablement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 des ann\u00e9es de mauvaise m\u00e9canique du genou et d\u2019usure du cartilage. Le cr\u00e9ateur a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de la <strong>r\u00e9\u00e9ducation neuromusculaire<\/strong> \u2014 apprendre \u00e0 activer consciemment le muscle endormi gr\u00e2ce au biofeedback et \u00e0 des exercices cibl\u00e9s. Cette approche favorise non seulement la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, mais peut aussi pr\u00e9venir de futures blessures en restaurant l\u2019\u00e9quilibre musculaire.<\/p>\n<h2>Erreurs courantes et le\u00e7ons pour les joueurs de padel avec des blessures au genou<\/h2>\n<p>La cha\u00eene a fait preuve de transparence sur les difficult\u00e9s de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, notamment la tentation d\u2019en faire trop, trop vite. Les jours o\u00f9 il d\u00e9passait les recommandations d\u2019activit\u00e9 \u2014 comme marcher plus que conseill\u00e9 ou essayer de suivre un rythme quotidien normal \u2014 le genou r\u00e9agissait par un gonflement et une g\u00eane accrus. Cela lui a rappel\u00e9 l\u2019importance de respecter les limites du corps pendant la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les autres joueurs de padel confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des blessures similaires, le cr\u00e9ateur a insist\u00e9 sur l\u2019importance de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un diagnostic pr\u00e9coce et pr\u00e9cis par un sp\u00e9cialiste<\/li>\n<li>Une stricte observance des protocoles post-op\u00e9ratoires<\/li>\n<li>Une physioth\u00e9rapie progressive et bien encadr\u00e9e, ax\u00e9e sur l\u2019activation musculaire et la mobilit\u00e9 articulaire<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9couter son corps et \u00e9viter le surmenage, surtout les premi\u00e8res semaines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>R\u00e9seau de soutien et plans de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation \u00e0 venir<\/h2>\n<p>Tout au long du processus, le cr\u00e9ateur a reconnu le r\u00f4le crucial de son entourage \u2014 famille, amis, kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeutes et collaborateurs.
